What have we been up to and Planning a European Roadtrip

We are fast approaching our departure date from Australia to the UK where we will pick up ‘Betsy’our campervan and continue our roadtrip.

This years instalment will include England, Wales, Scotland, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland at the time of writing.

We are currently in Perth, Western Australia and I am currently back doing some temporary work at my old job as Practice Manager of a law firm doing some training and grateful for the opportunity to put some money in the bank ahead of our upcoming roadtrip in UK and Europe.

Behind the Scenes

There is so much that goes into planning any international travel and we have been asked by a lot of families what works for us. Check out the video behind the scenes I on our youtube channel. Hoping to help others that are also planning to hit the road.

We will be doing a few hikes and trails on our travels this year. We love the outdoors and adventure. Miss B and I (mum) got new Keens hiking boots for Christmas and we have commenced some short trails to wear them in around Perth.

Miss B is also participating in the Weet-bix Sanitarium Tryathalon in Perth this month and we have been doing lots of training. Incorporating Swimming, Bike riding and running into her physical education. Love learning with real life experiences and a great opportunity to incorporate healthy living, hydration and importance of preparation (training) ahead of our adventures.
