If you are exploring Western Australia, you MUST put Principality of Hutt River, a micronation of Australia, on your must see list! Don’t forget to take your passport, for an entry & exit stamp of your visit.

While you are there you can purchase Hutt River Province currency. Check out the hundreds of foreign notes on display in the Post Office. Buy a flag, a keyring and don’t forget to get a photo with His Royal Highness Prince Graeme. Yes, a real Prince!

Where is Hutt River Province

This hidden gem, is approximately 6 hours from Perth or 100km north of Geraldton in Western Australia.

Please be aware of Kangaroos whatever time of day you are arriving at Hutt River Province.

Camping at Hutt River Province

You can camp on site for $5.00 a night per adult (kids free). There is a hot shower (and I mean a nice hot shower!).

The camp ground is suitable for all size rigs.

You can have a camp fire if you are staying within the fire season of Western Australia 16th March – 14 October.
